What does it really cost?
Exactly what this page says: per 1,000 items or part thereof, unlimited users, no hidden modules. Example: 800 devices cost CHF 29€29£29$29 per month on the Essential plan. If your inventory grows past 1,000 items, the subscription adjusts automatically — you're notified by email first, and nothing is charged before your next invoice.

Every object you track individually — a drill, a projector, a chair. Anything you track as a quantity also counts as one item: 40 barriers are one item, not 40.
Can we try it for free — and what happens past 50 items?
Yes — every feature, with up to 50 of your own items, no credit card. Nothing gets lost, and nothing stops working: lending, stocktaking, editing, tickets — everything keeps running. Only new items beyond the 50 can't be added any more — that's the moment to upgrade: pick a plan, keep working, everything stays as it is.
Who is Mango Inventory not for?
Inventories below roughly 250 items. There, most teams keep track just fine with a spreadsheet — knowing who has what, what's missing and what's due only gets hard with more equipment. If scanning instead of searching is still worth CHF 29€29£29$29 a month to you, we'd be glad to have you. Above that, you're exactly who we built this for.
Can we schedule inspections and maintenance?
Yes: inspection and service intervals per item, with reminders and a record of what was done. If an inspection is overdue, a warning appears before anyone is handed the item. Maintenance is included in the Premium plan.

Yes. Every gauge has its own page in Mango Inventory, and the calibration certificate sits there as a PDF, on every plan. With a maintenance plan on Premium, the page also shows when the gauge was last checked and when it is due next. Anyone who scans the label with the app sees both, right at the machine.
We already have quality software. Why Mango Inventory?
Your quality software stays where it is. Mango Inventory answers the questions on the shop floor: who has the torque wrench, at which machine is the gauge, is it still in date? The two systems run separately. We move your existing list over once, for free.
How does lending work?
To lend an item, scan its QR code and pick the person; to return it, scan it again. The app always shows who has an item right now. If someone reports a defect at the scan, the next person to borrow it sees a warning.
Can we keep using our existing QR labels?
Yes. When we import your existing inventory list, the labels are linked to your items straight away. And when you record new equipment, you link an existing QR code with a quick scan in the app.
How much effort is the rollout, really?
One afternoon: import, labels, invite the team. Nobody needs training — anyone who can scan a QR code can check out items and report defects.

Every view exports completely as Excel/CSV, any time. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month — in the app or by email. Whether you cancel or downgrade, everything stays stored, stays in your export and keeps working; features your plan no longer includes come back the moment it does. Nothing is deleted.
