01 · LabelingIn every plan
Every item gets a label

- Stick the labels on — Pre-printed from us or straight from the app.
- Just scan — Opens the item: who has it, where it is, since when.
- For the whole team — Everyone scans with their own phone.
Equipment management for fire brigades
Breathing apparatus, hoses, rescue tools: every piece sits in the right compartment, with its next inspection. After a callout you see what is missing, before the next one. We import your Excel list for you.
Every feature, with up to 50 of your own items. No credit card.
Back at the station
Is all the gear back on board? Has all damage been reported? Who checked it? Three questions after every callout.
Barn fire. At 02:10 the engine returns to the station.
The wet hoses go off to be washed.
Time to restock, locker by locker.
Adrian checks L5 against the kit list on his phone: two C hoses are missing.
He puts two in from the store and finishes the check. L5 is complete.
Jana gets the chainsaw ready again. The chain brake sticks: she scans the saw and reports it.
The chainsaw is set to Defect, and Adrian knows.
RE-04RE-04On the laptop Adrian sees the whole engine: every locker, what has been checked and what is broken.
FZ-01OperationalRE-04DefectRE-02OperationalRE-01OperationalComplete, reported, checked. The engine is ready for the next callout.
Start freeEvery piece has its own inspection date. A lapsed one shows up at the callout.
On the engine's list and on the inspection list. One of the dates is wrong.
Who has which jacket? One spreadsheet knows. On holiday, the phone rings.

Serial number on breathing apparatus, size on turnout jackets: your list holds what you need.
18 identical breathing sets, described once: each one still has its own line in your list.
Engine, first-aid rucksack, breathing apparatus case: the contents follow the container, compartment by compartment.
An order instead of a phone call: “I need a drill” lands with you as an order.
Oil absorbent, foam concentrate, barrier tape: counted, handed out, refilled in time.
What matters by email or push, the rest waits in the app until you have time.
Any view as Excel or CSV, any time: your data stays yours.
Who had what, when? Every handout and return is in the item’s history, with person and time.
Unlimited users at no extra cost: from command to the newest recruits.
See it with your own equipment: one vehicle, a few compartments — then you know whether it fits.
Every feature, with up to 50 of your own items. No credit card.
What counts before the next callout:
Every vehicle with its load, every piece with its next inspection. You see at a glance what is still missing before the next callout.
Every inspection stays with the item: who, when, with what result. When the inspector comes, the record is on the item.
Your mandatory list stays in the system your authority requires. For daily work at the station we import it once, by hand: compartments, hand-outs, inspections, defects.
Public prices, unlimited users. Every firefighter can scan and report a defect at no extra cost.
Upload, confirm the columns, done. If you prefer, we take it over free of charge.
Labels from us or from your printer. One vehicle first, the rest when you are ready.
Invite your team by link, everyone scans. Who has what, you see without asking round.
Per 1,000 items or part thereof, unlimited users in every plan.
Example: 2,500 items on Pro cost CHF 207€207£207$207 per month.
CHF 29€29£29$29
per month per 1,000 items
The complete Excel replacement for everyday work.
CHF 69€69£69$69

per month per 1,000 items
For fire brigades with inspection dates and kit lists per vehicle.
Test it with your own items: free up to 50 items, no credit card. Once you add more, pick a plan.

In the free test with up to 50 items, you can try every feature.
Exactly what this page says: per 1,000 items or part thereof, unlimited users, no hidden modules. Example: 800 devices cost CHF 29€29£29$29 per month on the Essential plan. If your inventory grows past 1,000 items, the subscription adjusts automatically — you're notified by email first, and nothing is charged before your next invoice.
See pricing →Every object you track individually — a drill, a projector, a chair. Anything you track as a quantity also counts as one item: 40 barriers are one item, not 40.
Yes — every feature, with up to 50 of your own items, no credit card. Nothing gets lost, and nothing stops working: lending, stocktaking, editing, tickets — everything keeps running. Only new items beyond the 50 can't be added any more — that's the moment to upgrade: pick a plan, keep working, everything stays as it is.
Inventories below roughly 250 items. There, most teams keep track just fine with a spreadsheet — knowing who has what, what's missing and what's due only gets hard with more equipment. If scanning instead of searching is still worth CHF 29€29£29$29 a month to you, we'd be glad to have you. Above that, you're exactly who we built this for.
Yes: inspection and service intervals per item, with reminders and a record of what was done. If an inspection is overdue, a warning appears before anyone is handed the item. Maintenance is included in the Premium plan.
More on maintenance →To lend an item, scan its QR code and pick the person; to return it, scan it again. The app always shows who has an item right now. If someone reports a defect at the scan, the next person to borrow it sees a warning.
Yes. When we import your existing inventory list, the labels are linked to your items straight away. And when you record new equipment, you link an existing QR code with a quick scan in the app.
With your phone: you start the stocktake, the team scans room by room, and at the end you have a signed PDF, plus the list as Excel or CSV. Anything missing is listed in the report. The stocktake is included from the Pro plan up.
More on stocktakes →One afternoon: import, labels, invite the team. Nobody needs training — anyone who can scan a QR code can check out items and report defects.
Docs: getting started →Yes — upload an Excel or CSV file, the AI maps the columns, you review and confirm. And every view exports back out completely, any time.
Docs: import & export →No scanner hardware needed: a phone camera and the browser are enough, and you print QR labels yourself — or order them pre-printed from us. The app is available for iOS and Android.
Docs: mobile app →On servers in Europe. All providers and locations are listed on the Trust & security page.
See Trust & security →Every view exports completely as Excel/CSV, any time. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month — in the app or by email. Whether you cancel or downgrade, everything stays stored, stays in your export and keeps working; features your plan no longer includes come back the moment it does. Nothing is deleted.
Docs: import & export →Everyone: users are unlimited on every plan, at no extra cost. Four roles cover permissions — from read-only viewer to owner — and responsibilities for tickets and orders are granted per person. Single sign-on and directory sync are available on the Premium plan.

Who is behind it
We built Mango Inventory for organisations where equipment still lives in Excel sheets, on paper notes and in one person's head. When that person is on holiday, the whole team goes searching.
So we make the start easy for you: we take over your existing lists, and we help you set up the labels. And if something is missing or stuck, write to me directly.
All features from day one — no sales call required.
Every feature, with up to 50 of your own items. No credit card.
